Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. The company reserve the right to send partial orders when items are not yet in stock and will send a follow on parcel asap with the remainder of your order.

We will post by standard 1st class post unless the option to upgrade to signed for delivery is selected and paid for. We cannot be held responsible for any items not arriving unless it is signed for by you.

Returns

We are sure you will love your products, however, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase then you can return them to us within 10 days of receipt with the original receipt, order number and your name and address included.

We can only accept the return of items that have not been opened, are unused and are in a resalable condition.

Please be aware we are unable to accept return of any personalised items unless a mistake has been made on our part in the printing process i.e. spelling error.
